--> A heavy drinker is defined as someone who as 5 or more drinks on one occasion, at least once a month in the past year.
--> This value is the the number of cases relative to the total population above 12 years of age. Numbers from past studies are not comparable, because the precentage of problem drinkers was calculated relative to the total number of individuals reporting at least one drink in the past 12 months.
